My printer will print only one page at a time

This is the tenth time I have downloaded "Install hp Easy Start."

It won't let me install it. Every time I try, I get this message:

Install the latest HP Smart software

We have a better software option available for you. Install HP Smart to complete setup and access all the features and benefits available for your printer.

You can also install the HP Smart software from your app store to complete setup.

Note: You might need to update your operating system before installing the HP Smart software.

When I click on "Continue," it installs hp Smart.

I reinstalled the printer. I made sure "Secure air print" was selected. It didn't help.

The problem is getting worse. At first it wouldn't print scanned magazine articles. Now it won't print pdf's of journal articles.

I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.

Solution for those who have same question about Drivers for printer.

Step1. Go to Apple official website say for example I am for India  https://www.apple.com/in/

Step2. Go to Support menu and type Hp Printer drivers.

Step3. It will open list of drivers for HP printers. Select latest one for in this case mine was HP Printer Drivers v5.1 for macOS  Post Date: Dec 11, 2020  File Size: 600.1 MB

Step4. Installed it on macos Bigsur 11.3.2. It detected the printer automatically and installed the printer successfully.
