I recently replaced all my ink cartridges, now the printer will not print or copy and print anything.
I have cleaned the print heads and done an alignment test to see if this will help. The printer cancels
the alignment test and I don't know why? Can any one help me?

Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?
