I have a file I've tried to delete from queue many, many times (It's been in queue for over 24 hours), and the status is "deleting" but it's just hanging there, preventing me from getting anything else printed.

All I want to do is get that one file out of queue so I can get back to work...

Oh, and I've tried shutting it off,  "delete all files in queue," unplugging it.

I tried the "guided solution" bit where you're supposed to hold the cancel button and press the start copy, but it didn't do a thing. And I just noticed, that same file that I can't get rid of is making the guided solution unable to print.

I took the question to the IT guys at work. It was a spooler problem. It's fixed now.
