Product: HP Photosmart BZ109
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is connected to my computer and is printing OK.  However, when I open 'HP Solution Center' it sates that my printer is not connected.  Therefore I cannot use these faciliies.

Download and run HP Print and Scan Dr utility from link below to troubleshoot the issue.

I have tried this and it goes through everything and everything comes up as OK with print and scan working.  However, when I open HP Solution Center it says that printer is disconected.  Therefore I cannot scan to file.
