I've recently purchased a Scanjet N6350 d/l the latest drivers from HP and installed. While the device works nicely via USB trying to get it to network reliably in another matter. I can get it to work - sometimes - and there are times where the device is reported via the web interface as busy. The only way I've found to wake it up is to plug in the USB cable and then unplug, power cycle rarely produces positive results - in fact it most ofter results in NETCARD failure! I've seem many posts about firmware updates however I don't find anything in formware to even attempt to replash the firmware. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
