Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I deeply appreciate all of the help that I received with regards to my HP Photosmart 7520e printer.  You did your best but HP won, and today I purchased a new printer.  I received a message from HP basically indicating that since my printer was so "old" support was no longer available and they gave me an option to purchase a used printer.  I would NEVER purchase a "used" printer, but today I did purchase a brand new printer.  Thanks to all of you out there who helped me with my "old" printer, it is printing, faxing, and scanning well and still produces excellent pictures.  Therefore this "old" printer will be donated to a worthy cause.   I will probably be back if I have any problems installing the new printer.  Thanks again.
