Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I see other people have had this issue and an expert user on this forum provided them with a link to download the driver needed from a personal amazon drive, but that link no longer works. Forum doesn't give a way for me to private message that user so I'm making a new post in hopes they see it.

Have an old HP Deskjet f4280, can't connect/install/add device because it's too old to be compatible with Windows 10 Smart installer.

Need the original software installer from the CD. Can't find it anywhere online from a trustworthy source. HP Support does not offer it for download, all the troubleshooting steps don't work because the driver/installer package needed is no longer supported or offered.

The CD now won't work (for any Windows) because it needs Adobe Flash Player which is EOL
