Product: HP HD Pro Scanner 42"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I posted this is the scanning forum, but thought maybe since it goes with our wide format machine. Somebody in here might have some knowledge to share.
I am having an issue where when we choose to scan, our network folder is not listed as an option. But if I go to Add/Remove Network connection the folder will show up to be removed.
We have tried rebooting - which takes forever, the touch screen freezes for about 15 minutes after reboot
Reseating the network cable
Recreating the path to the network folder.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
