hp 309a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am have problems with my hp309a finding my wireless network. I live in a condo and when I use the wireless setup the printer finds about 10 networks but not mine. None of my other devices have a problem locating my network. I have done a full reset on both the router and printer and updated all the software for the printer. I have tried renaming my network, and changing the wireless channel. The printer and router are about 10 feet apart with no obstructions. The router is a cable company supplied Arris TG2472G. What else can I try?

Hi,

I think your router broadcast 5.0GHz band. Your printer ONLY support 2.4GHz band. Please check with your provider and ask them to allow the router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
