Did you seriously think that I was going to wait about 2 months for HP to decide to check into my complaints before doing what I said I was going to do?    Two weeks after my original post, I purchased a new "Other-Than-HP" printer.  I will never, ever purchase another HP printer again.

I called HP Tech Support one more time and found someone who could help me.  HP has promised to replace the ink cartridge which is all I wanted to begin with.  Hopefully it will arrive soon.  If it doesn't, you will be hearing from me.  My HP printer is safe for awhile.  I feel that I cannot order ink from HP store since it takes days to resolve problems.  I will just have to buy from a brick and mortar store.

Question.  Is there Live Chat available.  That would solve so many communication problems.
