I have purchased the new cartridge 655 (for new 4625 printer) under bar code ref 8611254606 from Muscat but it's not printing clearly all the content. Please advise what to do, it's problem with cartridge or its quality.
Thanks, Jahanzeb

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer where the print quality is not good after installing the new cartridge.
Don't worry, I will be glad to help.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Are you using genuine HP ink?

Make sure the cartridges are vented.
