I have installed a new yellow toner cartridge and authenticated it on the HP system.
However we are not getting any yellow toner on any printing we are doing. The printer is showing the cartridge as full. We have tried taking the cartridge out and re-installing, turning the printer off and on, re-calibrating the printer and nothing seems to work.
Everything was working fine until this new cartridge was installed. Any ideas? Could it be a faulty cartridge?

Hi,
Verify if toner cartridge sealing tape has been removed from toner cartridges.
Kindly make sure if paper type and quality meets the HP media specifications.
check the print settings
Follow these steps to check the EconoMode settings:
From the software program, select the Print option.
Select the printer, and then click Properties or Preferences.
Click the Paper/Quality tab, and then locate the Print Quality area.
If the entire page is too dark, use these settings:
Select the 600 dpi option.
Select the EconoMode check box to enable it.
If the entire page is too light, use these settings:
Select the FastRes 1200 option.
Clear the EconoMode check box to disable it.
Click OK, and then click OK to print the job.
