DeskJet 3630
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi,

I've bought a new DeskJet 3630 All-in-One printer and have tried to set it up on my Mac but despite frequent attempts to do so it won't print.

I inititially set up the printer on Version 10.8 but then discovered that my Mac was running on Version 10.7. I've subsequently downloaded the latest software version 10.12 but it still isn't printing.

Can somebody help me please? This is extremely frustrating.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try this:

From the Applications folder delete any existing HP Scan or HP Easy Scan or HP Utility app.
Delete HP Scan or HP Easy Scan or HP Utility by moving it to trash, then empty the trash.

Ensure the latest software is installed, use this link for your printer:

Download the HP Easy Start and follow the instructions to install the printer.

This example will show you how it's done:

macOS 10.12 Sierra  Download and install software

 Hope that helps!
