No black print

Hi
The printer won't print in black.
I have tried replacing the cartridge and cleaning the print heads.
Please advise how to do a full reset.
And whether there is anything else I can try.

Model number of printer?

Thanks for your reply.
No model number on front of printer, or on bar code sticker on back.
Serial no and FPU numbers on back, but no model number.
