I have a new PC. I've downloaded and installed drivers for my C8180 printer but when I try to scan from the newly installed HP solution centre on my PC, nothing happens. I've also tried `Scan to computer' from the printer touch screen and get an error message `No Scan Options - Refer to documentation to troubleshoot'.
I've switched off then on, uninstalled and reinstalled, but still no progress. The scanning facility worked fine on my old PC running Windows 7. I'm a very basic level user. Can anyone advise please?
