Officejet Pro 9020

I have a new Officejet Pro 9020, and suddenly the wireless icon does not show in the printer control panel. Everything was fine, then poof gone.

I’ve unplugged the printer to reboot, and no luck whatsoever. Any advice?

Hi @jgul,

I'd like to help!

Try and print a wireless test report and share the results-

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  2. From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  3. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Web Access Test Report.(wireless test report )

A Web Access Test Results page prints.

 Keep me posted.

Hi,

HP printer is offline or unavailable

Run Diagnose & Fix from the HP Smart app (Windows, macOS)

Use a different method to print

In some cases, the configuration of your mobile device is not compatible with an HP printing method.

If you cannot print, install the HP Smart app for a guided printer setup, or use Wi-Fi Direct if connecting through a local network is unsuccessful.
