Not printing from Yahoo e-mail. HP screen opens, balls swirll, then nothing appears on the HP scree

In yahoo e-mail and I want to print the message.  I right click and print message opens, I click print and the PH print box opens, the center balls swirl and then nothing appers in the HP print screen.   I have tried to use the yahoo print on the top right of yahoo screen, same thing. 

I can copy the message to word and print from there.

I have uninstalled the software and down loaded the newest and reinstalled software.

This could be an issue browser settings.

Hence, I request you to try with a different browser and check.

Also, you may check the steps provided below:

Please check if the print function is hidden at the bottom of your e-mail where you will find text tags for Reply, Reply All, Forward and More. The Print option could be under 'More'.

Does not have a function at bottom of e-mail.

There is a more button at the top of screen with a print function, but it does the same, HP screen opens but remains blank.
