Hi whenever I try and print anything with a red colour in it is comes out brown.
I am using genuine HP cartridges and have done all the things recommended, checked test page, cleaned print heads, waited for an hour after replacing new cartridge. Everything with the printer appears to be fine except it won't print red.
Thanks
