I insert the picture I created into a MSWORD document in order to size properly to fit the tiles I make. Suddenly the printed image is a different color than what I wanted. I need to match school colors and this makes doing this difficult. Help! Football season will be here soon and I need to be ready!
Thanks.

Hi! @GoldCoastGidget, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand your printer is not printing in true colors.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you tried making a copy from your printer do you have the same issue?
Please try the steps recommended below.
Print the print quality page (LCD control panel)
note:
This section applies to the HP LaserJet Pro 200 color M251n Printer model only.
1.From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup button.
2.Touch the Reports button.
3.Touch the Print Quality Page button.
Change the color theme for a print job
1.On the File menu in the software program, click Print.
2.Click Properties or Preferences.
3.Click the Color tab.
4.Select a color theme from the Color Themes drop-down list.
Select Vivid from the list: This increases the color saturation in the mid tones. Use this theme when printing business graphics.
Refer this article to further troubleshoot print quality issues.
If the issue still persists, uninstall the printer software from the root level and install the latest printer software.
1. Navigate to Start >Type Devices and Printers in the Search > Select it from the results
2. Highlight your printer object and Right Click
3. Choose Remove Device
4. Highlight something else from the list
5. Click the Print Server Properties button from the toolbar
6. Select the Drivers Tab
7. Highlight the appropriate print driver
8. Click Remove
9. Check the Remove Driver and Driver Package option when prompted
10. Click OK
Please update the printer software using this link.
Let me know if this works!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂
