When I got my Sprocket five weeks ago the pics printed fine. Now out of the blue when displaced in the app most of the images from my Photo Gallery are out of focus/blurring on the app. In the photo gallery of my iPhone 6 the pics are oerfectly clear. There was an iOS update last week. Could that have something to do with it? I am in Europe and have taken come grear pics, but cannot print them because they are out of focus. Thank you!

Hi ,

Did you try to edit the picture before printing? If so, Did you try to edit the picture using the photo app or within the gallery ?

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Hello! THanks for using HP Forum.

You could try the following:

1. Use high def in "Avery" app. You might have to do this each time. Anyway you might see some difference!

2. Try taking the iPhone filter off the picture.

Good luck and do let me know if the problem persisits!  🙂

Although I work for HP, I'm speaking for myself and not the company 🙂
