Hi

Its owned by the business I work for so its been about 2 years. Was working fine this morning did one print fine then the second print the paperjam message came up we checked for a paper jam all over and there wasn’t, reset and then the same message cam again. We had the same problem about 4 months ago and we fixed by doing the partial reset. We tried this again and thats when the "preparing printer" message started and stayed

Try removing and cleaning the contacts on the printhead directly. The are steps on how to do it in the manual starting on page 118.

Clean the contact area but not the nozzles directly. Reconnect power to the unit with the printhead and ink out (make sure the printhead lever is down) and then reinsert the printhead and then the ink.
