My printer has been working great. I changed the color cartriges all at once and it stopped printing color. I have three computers and none of them can print in color, but all can print in black. I have changed the black cartridge previously without problems.

I tried cleaning and alrigning but it made no difference.

It detects the inc level and tells me it's full for yellow and red but not completely full for blue despite not having used any inc yet. I did try to print in blue though. What do I try next?

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

Power resetting the printer and then performing an automated/manual cleaning may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

Please ensure the printer is up-to-date with its firmware. If you are unsure, you can download and install the latest firmware update from HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads.

1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector

2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door

3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer

5) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.

6) From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

7) Open the Printer Maintenance or Tools menu.

😎 Touch Clean Page Smears or Clean Smear.

9) From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

10) Open the Printer Maintenance menu.

11) If necessary, open the Tools menu, and then touch Clean Printhead.

Let me know how it goes!
