Product: HP OfficeJet 7510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
I have recently purchased the OfficeJet 7510 printer.
The touch screen lights up, however after connecting it to the wireless and a frimware update it no longer responds.
Any ideas how to get it working (only 2 weeks old)

Two weeks old? Hummmmm....
Try this. With the power on, unplug the unit from the wall outlet. Wait 10 mins. Plug the unit back into the wall outlet not using any power strip or surge protector. Power the unit on if it does not. Status now?
