Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c04199122 lists that the OfficeJet Enterprise Color Flow X585z can Duplex A4 and A6 - how comes it cannot Duplex A5? I am a bit stumped by this one.

Thanks,

Tony

The x585z has the same main engine (the part with the paper path) as the x576dw - if you take a look at the user guide

http://h20628.www2.hp.com/km-ext/kmcsdirect/emr_na-c03640400-3.pdf on page 65 - the answer can be found there.

Support for A5 duplex was added after much review on the next product line - the PageWide Pro family.

For A6 - the distance between the rollers on the Duplex Path part of the printer is greater then on the simplex path - around 7" compared to around 5".
