Product: OfficeJet Pro 6975
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Getting the message "There is a problem with the printhead".  I tried power reset a few times, no help.  There is no way to get to the printhead.

 

Any help is appreciated.

The printer is no longer under warranty.
