Product: Officejet Pro x476dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I'm printing on a smaller then normal sheet of paper (custom made sales cards) the printer must scan the page size and won't print on the bottom of the page.  I have tried changing the page size to custom and it will still not print.  Is there away to turn off the sensor on the printer so it will print.
