Hello,
I have hooked up the Officejet 100 Mobile Printer to my Mac and it works perfectly if it's connected through a USB connection. However, I cannot print if I try to use the Bluetooth connection. My computer recognizes the printer and it shows up as connected but when I send a document, the printer's queue says that the printer is not connected.
I'm using the latest drivers and my Mac runs OS X, the latest version 10.8.4.
Any help is appreciated!
Thank you very much in advance,
Sergio.

I have figured out how to solve this issue and I'm posting it here in case it helps anybody else.
Despite having only one printer, it seems that I had to install the same printer twice: once (printer 1) for the USB connection and again (printer 2) for the Bluetooth connection. It is the same device (only one printer) but because it connects to the computer in two different ways, the computer treats them as two separatedly ones--or at least this is how I interpret it. The printer that connects through Bluetooth is the only one showing up under Blutooth devices. And, it works!

I have a Officejet 100 Mobile Bluetooth printer and I am trying to print using my Galaxy phones with no success. The phones that I have are the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4.
Both phones will pair up with the printer but just won't print.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Yonex5.
Bluetooth printing from mobile devices is not supported for this product, however it can work if you can find the right 3rd party app. Here is some more information on it as well. Cloud_Strider provided this answer on another post "How do I print from an Android device using bluetooth?": http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Networking-and-Wireless/How-do-I-print-from-an-Android-device-u...

Hello macgirl101,
I understand you are having problems pairing your MAC and your OfficeJet 100 Mobile printer. Please see the steps listed below:
Please turn on the OfficeJet 100 Mobile printer and make sure that your Bluetooth light is solid blue.
On your MAC:
In the Top Right please click on the Bluetooth icon and scroll down to Open Bluetooth Preferences
Make sure you turn the Bluetooth ON
It will start searching for your Bluetooth devices and you will see your OfficeJet 100 Mobile populate in the list, please click Pair (Note* The printer usually pops up with a code name not the actual name of the printer, that is ok)
If you notice that it says Pairing Failed click the Options
You will see a box pop up requiring a code, put in 0000 (4 zeros) if that fails try 000000 (6 zeros) then click Pair
Once it is successfully paired a box will come up asking to Setup this Printer- click Printer Preferences
In the bottom left corner click on the (+) sign to add in your bluetooth printer- You will notice the column that says Kind make sure to select the bluetooth one in the list.
Your MAC and Mobile 100 Printer should now be successfully paired and ready to print. Please let me know if this was successful or if you require more assistance.
Thanks,

Hi HevnLghHP-
I am still not having any luck resolving this issue. My 150 HP printer has bluetooth on. Mac sees the printer on its bluetooth list and yet when I try to send a file for it to print, it says, "The file transfer failed: unsupported item or action."
I think as the earlier guy said that my Mac is seeing the printer as USB only even though it bluetooh enabled.
I am not happy right now, as I can only get it to work if tethered through a USB cable so it is not really mobile yet.

Hi macgirl101,
I see that you are still having problems getting a successful print on your OffiiceJet 150. Do you have the USB plugged in when you are trying to pair the devices, please disconnect it before doing a pair. I would like you to go ahead and start troubleshooting Cannot Print through a Bluetooth Wireless Connection.
Please keep me updated
Thanks,
