Product: OCR Software
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have installed and uninstalled and reinstall HP Smart and i still cannot get the OCR scan option.  I have looked in the Setting > Advanced Settings > Scan - the webscan option is all that shows and it says "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer."

 

So does this Printer support OCR scan on MAC OS?????  If so what is the magic to make it work!
