I have just installed the full driver (OJ_SF_7000E_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4) on my PC, but when I go into the printer properties (eg. when preparing the print a word document), the font in the dialogue box is corrupted. None of the drop-down menus are labelled, and when you click on the arrow to srop down a menu, no text appears. This means that I am unable to change an settings.
I've used exactly the same driver on another Windows 10 64-bit machine and it worked fine. Can anybody help me?
Here is a screen shot that shows the problem:

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:
1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)
The following resource will help you :
http://123.hp.com/us/en/
Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
If you are not sure how to do this, the following resource will walk you through the steps:

Hi,
What is your operating system display language?
May it set as English (UK)?
If so, is there any difference while selecting English (US) instead?

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the full driver from locally-saved software. However the problem persists. I installed the driver on another Windows 10 machine using exactly the same file and it worked absolutely fine.

Many thanks for this. I'm travelling at the moment but will check this when I get back to the office tomorrow. Incidentally, I've noticed that the problem occurs when I am printing from an Office 365 application but not in Acrobat. I'm wondering whether I need to re-install the Office applications...?

I tried making the language and locale changes that you suggested, ShlomiL, but the problem persists. I am going to try installing latest Office 365 updates to see if that fixes the problem. Otherwise I might try uninstalling and reinstalling Office 365.
