Hi,

Unfortunately, my printer is stuck in an initialisation loop even after the installation on my PC says the printer is set up and ready to use.

I have loaded the printer with paper, ink and done all the steps in the instruction manual that comes with the printer.

Thank you for your help

HI Forson,

Have you tried resetting the printer by unplugging it while it is on and leaving it off for a few minutes?
Maybe it will get past this initialization phase this way.

Hi Forson,

Can you give me more details about what you mean by "stuck on the initialisation loop"?
Are you getting any error messages or lights blinking?

Here is a document that may be helpful for when the printer will not go beyond the alignment process.

You may want to remove and re-insert the ink cartridges.

Has the printer ever printed for you?  Any kind of self-test page, etc.

Let me know if this document helps or if there is a specific error I might be able to help with.

Yes the alignment page has printed, and the printing functionality works, but I cannot turn the printer off, because the printer keeps saying it is initialising
