I keep getting an error message "Print head appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. Missing or failed printhead." I followed the solutions provided on the printer such as unplugging and replugging printer; taking out cartridges as demo showed. All looked fine. Reconnected system to wireless router. All to no avail. I purchased this printer in February of this year and did not have any problems until this happened in the past few weeks. It is still under warranty. I need this fixed or replaced immediately. What should I do? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,

Have you tried taking out the printhead and put it back again? If not, try that and it might sit better and solve the issue.

Ditto! Receiving same error message after following instructions to turn off, turn on, pull and replace ink and print head. The replies below do nothing to help.

Hello,

If you have tried all the steps as mentioned in the below URL, then its time to replace the Printhead.
