Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Officejet Pro 9010 printer is not even a year old and I got a Blue Screen - B8077DF6.

I do not want to unplug it at the risk of messing up the device. What am I supposed to do. I can't do anything with the blue screen. The power button and touch button are not responding (just flashing lights).

I saw someone in that forum who has a similar issue like that, but no one has suggested anything. They even unplugged the device and the blue screen still showed up, which is why I mentioned not attempting that method.

I plan to call the customer support, in hope of hearing from the HP representatives. I got proof that my device is under warranty, yet their support site have been super weird with not being able to detect serial number and model number displayed inside the printer.
