I have a Officejet Pro L7680.  Have had this for 4 years with no issues.  Recently, when receiving faxes, only half or a 1/4 of the page prints-the rest is blank.  Tried simple shut down and re-boot and ran print quality diagnostics & self test diagnostic-no issues.  The machine copies pages fine, prints documents from computer program (running Windows Vista) & sends faxes with no issues.  Any ideas?  Thanks

HI

This issue can occur due to communication between the two fax machines.

Please try the below steps

1) Try to Reduce the fax speed in your Fax machine .  Go to  Setup menu>>Advance Fax setup>>Fax speed>>Set it to Medium /slow

2) Turn Off error correction mode . Setup menu>>Advance Fax setup >> ECM>> off

3) Try receiving fax from different number

Please revert if issue persists

Regards

Mugu
