Printer cartridges for all colors started blinking last night.  Today I replaced all cartridges with new ones and they are still blinking.  Tried powering down and putting them in one by one.  It was recognizing them as I went except for the last one the black ink.  Seems like when that one is in all the colors start blinking.  When I take it out only the black is blinking becasue its out.  Please help!!! I just purchased $60 in all new ink cartridges.

That way, on the computer it should update saying just 3 cartridges are missing, and then 2 and 1. Hopefully it will recognize your cyan cartridge after this step.

 

If you're still getting the same flashing light after this please call HP Tech Support for your area and see what options they have for you.

I tried it again.  one by one and closing the lid everytime in between.  It was working until, I put in the last one (black ink) cartridge.  Then it recognized the black ink and now it forgot the other 3 color are there.  Can you provide a number to call.  I tried getting a number to call about this product and it tells me its not supported any more.
