HP Recommended

Yes, the circuit board has a RK22099 on it in addition to the PS 102, those are the only numbers on it.  I had done a google search on the RK number last week and came up empty.  I may be in buisness though, going to explore this option in the morning.  Our base supply called me and said they received a pallet of older HP printers to be sent in for DRMO.  I'm going there first thing in the morning and see what they have.  He didn't know if there was a 4010 series machine in there or not as they are shrink wrapped, but I'm hopefull that there will at least be something I can use. 

 

I mentioned to my supervisor the suggestion of ordering the whole machine and he stated that wouldn't be a solution we could use.  Before that happens the machine would be DRMO'd and the customer would get one of the new Xerox's.
