Everytime I print a .pdf document, my printer gives me the following error:  Subsystem:  USERSTREAM; Error:  MissingData; Operator:  ReadImage; Position:  102.  I have to cancel the print job, turn the printer off, then back on.  Sometimes it will print the first page and sometimes nothing at all.  My IT person reinstalled the drivers and it worked for about 80 pages and then started not printing again.  Also everytime I restart my computer, it tells me I have new hardware (the printer) to install.  Any suggestions?

Since you are using xp have your it person reload the printer using the pcl5 or postscript driver. The pcl xl error only occurs when using pcl6 driver so if he changes the driver to one of the other 2 you will not get the error.
