I've upgraded my laptop and printer (both HP) and annoyingly my printer will not print pdf's. I but PDF sewing patterns online and now they wont print and the preview shows a border when i don't want one and can't change it either. Starting to think that HP have let me down. My printer is envy 5544 and my laptop is pavillion. I read that if you open your pdfs in chrome you can print off with ease. I tried that and it went mental copying the zip file eleventymillion times. Help.

That's all very well but I shouldn't need to reset everything every five minutes because a job gets stuck in the printer Queue!!! It didn't do it on the last HP laptop and printer I had.

I'm beginning to regret  upgrading (sad face)

Let me jump in with a solution for this issue in place of my colleague as he is out of the office today.

This issue could occur if the firmware is not updated.
