PIXMA TS8070

This is a brand name inkjet printer. I brought it home, done with installation and trial print. Once I started to do another print job, the printer is jammed. After I removed the jammed paper, the screen apeared with "The paper output tray is retracted"!!

I tried moving in & out the paper tray but the msg keeps popping up. Problem cannot be solved,

The PIXMA is a CANON product.  To get support for it you might want to go to the Canon support site.
