I need your help!

 

Our new printer is not printing and coming up with the errorOXC 8190014 EC HW_MCASIC_H

 

What does that mean?

 

If this forum cannot help us, could you please advise who to contact to solve this error.

Hi Tuong1,

Please see a previous post on this error at the link below.  Check out the 3rd message down and see if that works.

Otherwise maybe try the link suggested in the 2nd message down.
