HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS PRINTER ERROR. PLEASE HELP

Hi,

 

Please try the below steps that should resolve the issue.

- While the printer is ON, remove the ink cartridges.
- While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
- Shut down the computer.
- Power Off the Wireless Router.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug in the power cord to the printer. Printer should power ON automatically else press the ON button to do so.
- Install ink cartridges only when the printer prompts you to do so.
- make copy ( black / color )
- Now power on the Router and the computer.
