I am posting this question for a friend of mine who I am trying to help.
There are 2 issues with her printer although they may be related.
- When printing a normal A4 document from Word, the printer seems to ignore the top margin of say 2cm and starts printing almost at the top of the page.
- The printer won't print doulbe sided but prints on two separate sheets instead and with margin problem detailed in (1)
We have downloaded and installed the latest driver and software but it hasn't resolved the issue.
Any assistance would be gratefully recieved

As I Understand there are printing errors within the margins and double sided printing,
To clarify, have you changed the printing preferences of your printer?
