Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP .... WHEN PRINTING CARD I SEEM TO BE GETTING ROLLER LINES ON THE SIDES OF THE PAGES - I CHANGE THE PAPER SETTINGS TO THE WEIGHT OF THE PAPER AND IT STILL HAPPENS - IF I PRIT WITH NORMAL COPY PAPER THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN - THE MACHINE ALSO MAKES A NOISE WHEN PRINTING HEAVIER PAPER 80GSM AS THOUG ITS STRUGGLING TO PULL IT THROUGH

 

I HAVE DONE ALL THE USUAL ALIGNMENTS ETC AND NOTHING CHANGES

Hi,

What is the card weight as listed on its packaging?

 

The printer support up to 175 g/m2 card..

 

Is the card packaging list the media as intended for a laser printer?
