HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I installed the HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw and finally got it working. The odd thing happening now is when I choose to print multiple copies of something it will only print a single copy of it. After the first copy prints it says Job Cancelled on the printer display screen. I used both spool printing and direct printing and it happens with either setting. I also tried having it print once all pages are spooled and having it print immediately. I am using the printer for a small business and its printing receipts that I need two copies of every time. Its incredibly inconvenient having to go back into my sales software to reprint the receipt. Any ideas?

Hi,

I am suffering the same problem, starting this morning! It was fine yesterday!

Have you had any success?

Tech support had me go to the webpage for the printer, mine was 192.168.1.110, and restore the printer to factory default settings and it works fine now.
