Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am disgusted at this new flagship printer which I received two days ago and which WILL NOT print or copy  purple at all. I have wasted 4 hours on the phone to technical support to no avail. Now looking at the previous entries, it seems that this is an ongoing issue which has been reported by multiple previous users yet the tech team hadn't a clue! Utter disgrace and I believe this is fraudulent on the part of HP. I'm planning to take legal action against them for withholding information and misspelling so if anyone has had the seam problem please join in
