I tried  to print a document and got a paper jam notification.  I cleared the jam from the back of the printer, then tried to print the document again.  Same problem, same place.  I've cleaned all the printer rollers even though I haven't even printed enough pages to go through the first ink cartridges.  Cleared all the paper jams from the printer.   Checked and double checked for small pieces.  Checked paper tray, front entrance, top entrance and back.  Still each time I try to print a document it gets stuck in the same spot in the back of the printer.  I also left the printer on and disconnected it completely. In addition unplugged it from the wall socket.  Waited 5 minutes and repulgged everything back in.  The printer came back on.  I tried to print the document again and it .... paper jam.... same place.

Any ideas what else to do?  I'm frustrated, it's a new printer and should not be having these issues!

PROBLEM SOLVED - It was indeed a small piece of paper that I could not see.  Finally found it.
