HP Officejet 4315v All in one

I was printing a pretty big job, when my HP printer started making bad noises. I stopped the printing and cleared all of the paper and set it to resume the job. I only needed 2 more pages, but now I can't print it tells me there is a paper jam and it is not jammed. I have gone through to make sure there isn't any paper jammed, turned off the printer and turned it back on with no  luck, unplugged it and it still will not print. It will copy by it will not print. I think the problem it with the front where it picks up the paper to feed inot the printer. Can anyone give me some clues???

@san6,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP Officejet 4315v All-in-One Printer as you get a paper jam error message.

This issue could occur if the rear access door is not fully seated or locked into place or the paper feed rollers have accumulated dust on it.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: A 'Paper Jam' Error

Also, let us know the operating system installed on the computer from the link: Windows Operating System or Mac Operating System

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
