Product: OfficeJet 3830 all in on
Operating System: Microsoft Windows NT

I have an error message about a paper jam. I have done all the things the website stated - cleaned with a Q-tip with filtered water, open and checked every spot as indicated. NOTHING has help. I can't afford to replace a printer I bought just 3 months ago, any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your Officejet 3830 printer, i have attached a link that should help with your paper jam issue,

Alternatively if your printer is still within warranty i would advise you returning it.
