Error 13.12.03 Jam
Paper seems to jam as it is coming through theh Stacker Stapler. Paper is crumpled/accordion pleated across the page - approximately 1/3 to 1/2 the length of the sheet.
Doesn't seem to matter if printing single or duplex.
Have tried several types of paper - same issue.
Suggestions?

Output Device error message
13.12.03 = entrance sensor not escaped
Paper has "accordian" or "folded" look because as it feeds through the machine- its gets to a set of rollers that arent spinning, so the preceding rollers are basically pushing the paper to look like that.
I forget on these models, Can you just remove the stapler/stacker and print to the normal output tray. If so, just set that component off. It was several years ago that I has to replace one of these for a customer, had to buy just an eniterly new stapler stacker unit as no parts were available.
It could always be something like dust on a sensor, so tray and clean the accesory as best you can. They are heavy, be careful when setting off to clean.
