My paper tray will not close.  It may have been opened during printing.  Can you help?

Hello @VickiV,

Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums! 🙂 I see you are not able to close the paper tray on your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw.

Please pull the paper tray all the way out, you will see the little latches on the each side of the tray. Make sure these are lined up and attached.

See here for some images which may be helpful: Paper Tray

Did this help, are you now able to close the tray.
