Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone else had this rather annoying issue?

 

It turns out the the Duplexer will only accept print jobs with 12 types of paper (see below) out of 47 types. Problem is, when you print and select the Print on Both Sides option, the printer prints the job sigles sided and does not alert you to say that Duplex printing is not availible for the paper type!
